About Processco

Brothers Fausto and Massimo Albano hail from Vaglio, Basilicata, a 2,000-year-old town in southern Italy. The duo has teamed up with Restauranteurs, Giovanni Castelli and Luca Isopi to do their best to bring the beauty, tranquillity, and tastes of their homeland to New York.
